Since last year, media reports have emerged of transphobic stickers showing up repeatedly across Subiaco, including on playgrounds. Just this month, police decided that “the content of these stickers does not meet the criteria for a criminal offence”, and so we’re taking the issue into our own glue-stained hands, countering with pro-trans stickers.
On the 9th May, we’ll meet at Louis Baxters Cafe (2/50 Subiaco Square Road) at 10am, near the train station, then head out in groups to spread trans liberation across the signs and posts of Subiaco, before finally returning to Baxters to share a coffee. Stickers provided!
